  Check valve refers to a valve whose opening and closing part is a round valve disc and acts by its own weight and medium pressure to block the backflow of the medium. The combination of the check valve and the globe valve can play a role in safety isolation. The opening and closing parts are automatically opened or closed by the force of the medium flow to prevent the backflow of the medium called the check valve. The check valve belongs to the automatic valve class, which is mainly used on the pipeline with one-way flow of the medium, and only allows the medium to flow in one direction to prevent accidents

Operation Principles

  The working principle of the check valve is to realize automatic opening and closing by relying on the weight of the opening and closing parts (valve disc) and the medium pressure. When the medium flows in from the inlet end, the valve disc is pushed open by the medium pressure, and the medium can flow; when the medium flows back, the valve disc is closed by the dual action of its own weight and the backflow medium pressure, preventing the medium from flowing back.
